She has been instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive compliance and risk management programmes for complex projects. Juliana's leadership is recognised globally, earning accolades such as GRC Role Model 2023 and Mention Honorable GRC Ambassador 2024. She is the author of Green Swan and Stakeholder Capitalism and co-founder of the Compliance Women Committee, advocating for female empowerment in the GRC sector.

Anca Cunescu, CAMS, IASE-ISF, is an accomplished Head of Risk & Compliance with extensive expertise in financial management and regulatory compliance. Holding a Master’s degree in Financial Management Accounting from Spiru Haret University and a University degree in Finance, Insurance, Banks, and Stock Exchange from Hyperion University, she brings a robust academic background to her role at SelfPay.
