Yes – you can run a User Overview – Standard Report from Reports > Administration > User Overview – Standard Report.
This will give you a full list of all users, if they are active and what security levels have been selected. We recommend exporting this to Excel to do quick filtering.
You can also view a screen called ‘User List’ under Administration > Users > User List.
This will give you how many manual logins have occurred (will not work with SSO) and if the user is active.
Action and Task Progress Report show dates like this ‘01-Aug-2017 *‘ – why is there a star next to the dates?
The star next to the dates are to indicate that they are revised dates.
KPIs shouldn’t really be deleted from the system since they sit separately from the rollover and therefore, deleting a KPI will delete it for good in all periods . i.e you will not be able to go back and review the KPI in any archive periods.
There is the ability to ‘archive’ KPIs by making the KPI Inactive. What this does is that it will hide it from the KPI list and all screens like your KPI update screen and reports.
You can filter them out by using the ‘Show Archived KPIs only’ filter:
Because KPIs will only show based on the period they are configured and for any period you are viewing EIS.
For example, Monthly KPIs should show up in all months and Annual KPIs will only show at the end of the period.
The star next to the dates are to indicate that they are revised dates.
