Merline is the ERM Lead at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. She completed a competitive management rotational program where she led human capital, change management, strategic planning, finance, and grant management initiatives. Merline then joined the Enterprise Risk Management division and rose quickly to increasingly critical roles. She currently leads the ERM function, responsible for developing and implementing an ERM program that supports proactive risk identification and management for a complex organisation spanning two states and five industries. Merline collaborates with c-suite executives to integrate risk intelligence in decision making and key agency processes, and leads a team of practitioners who assist business units with risk identification, evaluation, and management. She develops communication strategies to increase understanding of ERM as a significant decision-making framework.
Christy Kaufman is a recognised leader with deep expertise in the risk management ecosystem. She has a proven track record of guiding siseable cross-functional and global teams in the design and implementation of leading-edge risk and compliance programs. Christy is currently the Vice President of Risk Management for Sillow Group, overseeing operations for enterprise risk management (ERM), business resiliency, risk financing and insurance, health & safety, information security risk and physical security.
With extensive knowledge in the Risk Management industry, Tamika Puckett now heads the Cyber Risk Management space at Zoom Video Communications Inc. The former Chief Risk Officer at City of Chicago, Former Director, Office of Enterprise Risk Management at City of Atlanta and Former Director of Risk Management Services at Durham Public Schools, she holds a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field.
An experienced risk professional with extensive exposure to various industries and an ever-constant, enthusiastic drive for challenges and career development, Dafni LeFlore is the current Manager for Enterprise Risk Management at Norfolk Southern Corporation.
